With a dedication to sourcing the finest local ingredients and a commitment to supporting the rural economy, James has grown Little Jack’s into an award-winning name. Known for its delicious, honest, and handcrafted sausage rolls, Little Jack’s is a staple in cafés, delis, and events across the region.

Lucy joined Little Jack’s in June 2020 and quickly became the heartbeat of our operations. As Office and Distribution Manager, she’s the one making sure every freshly baked sausage roll reaches our customers without a hitch. From juggling trade orders and managing suppliers to coordinating couriers, Lucy takes on the logistical challenges like the pro she is!
She’s the friendly face behind the scenes who keeps everything moving smoothly, with a sharp eye for detail, and a trusty cup of coffee in hand.
